A student from Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije), Tedy Dharmawan, took part in the Integrity Sharing Program organized by the Directorate of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for Natural Resources (SDA) and State-Owned Assets (KND) on September 19, 2025. The event served as a platform for exchanging experiences, knowledge, and reinforcing the value of integrity within the Directorate General of Budget (DJA).
The program opened with a presentation from Director of PNBP, Wawan Sunarjo, who emphasized the critical role of integrity in every aspect of state financial management. The session was followed by an interactive discussion involving staff members and interns.
Although Tedy did not get the chance to ask questions during the discussion, he actively participated in the interactive games designed to strengthen teamwork and sportsmanship among participants.
“I didn’t have the opportunity to ask during the discussion session, but I joined the games and even won. The prize was directly handed to me by the Director,” Tedy shared.
For Tedy, the event was more than just a light-hearted activity. It became a valuable learning experience on the importance of ethics, integrity, and discipline in working within public institutions.
“I felt welcomed as part of the big family at the PNBP SDA & KND Directorate. This experience will be a meaningful foundation as I prepare for the professional world,” he added.
Through this activity, Tedy realized that working in a government institution is not only about technical skills but also about building character rooted in honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He acknowledged this as an invaluable asset for his future career.
