“We designed this National AI Seminar not only to help students understand the concepts of artificial intelligence but also to expose them to real-world applications. By engaging directly with experts, students gain broader perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of AI in the era of Society 5.0,” he explained.

He further noted that initiatives like this are essential to inspire students to innovate and adapt to the rapid evolution of technology.

“We expect Polije students to become a generation that is adaptive, creative, and ready to face the accelerating wave of digital transformation,” Hendra added.

With the participation of two leading AI experts, the 2025 National Seminar of JTI Polije is expected to provide not only academic insights but also inspiration and motivation for students to actively engage in AI-related research and technological development. The event highlighted the importance of collaboration between academia and industry in advancing AI solutions that address real-world challenges, from business and health to agriculture and smart cities.

This seminar also reflects Polije’s broader mission of preparing its graduates to compete on a global scale and aligns with the institution’s long-term vision of becoming an Excellent Polytechnic in Asia by 2035. By consistently organizing scientific events of international relevance, Polije positions itself as a hub for knowledge exchange, innovation, and applied research that empowers both local communities and global industries.

Through such initiatives, Polije demonstrates its determination to strengthen Indonesia’s contribution to the global digital economy, cultivate human resources equipped with future-ready skills, and foster international academic collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
