The Agricultural Innovation and Technology Competition (AITeC) 7 2025 officially concluded on Monday (29/9/2025). The closing ceremony was held at the Struggle 45 Gymnasium of the State Polytechnic of Jember (Polije) in a festive atmosphere, marked by the announcement of winners across various competition categories.
In this prestigious event, Polije achieved a brilliant performance by winning the Overall Champion title of AITeC 7 2025. The rotating trophy for Overall Champion was received directly by the Director of Polije, Saiful Anwar, S.TP., M.P., in front of hundreds of participants and invited guests.
“Alhamdulillah, Polije has successfully won the Overall Champion title at AITeC 7 2025. However, beyond that, we are grateful that this event ran smoothly and was attended by participants from various countries,” stated Saiful Anwar.
Saiful emphasized that the participation of international contestants is proof that AITeC has established itself as an important platform for the exchange of ideas in agriculture. He stated that this aligns with Polije’s vision to become a superior vocational campus with international competitiveness.
The AITeC 7 event brought together students, researchers, and innovators from both within Indonesia and abroad. They showcased innovative works in agriculture, ranging from cultivation technology and post-harvest processing to the utilization of artificial intelligence in the agricultural sector.
“We hope that AITeC is not merely a competition to seek victory, but also a forum for building networks and exchanging ideas. From here, we can birth new innovations while strengthening international cooperation,” added Saiful.
The closing ceremony was filled with great enthusiasm. Every competition category was executed successfully, supported by the participants’ high spirits and the committee’s hard work. This marks Polije’s success in managing an international-scale event.
With this achievement, Polije is expected to maintain its performance while continuously encouraging the younger generation in agriculture to be courageous in innovation. The AITeC event is also believed to become an increasingly influential annual agenda at both the national and global levels.
