According to Enik Rukiati, the representatives from Polije who participated in the activity received training and were tested on materials related to hospitality and managerial roles in the field of services and hospitality.
“The five of us went to Singapore to take part in activities organized at Nanyang Polytechnic Singapore. We learned a lot about service design and managerial competencies in the service sector in the form of classroom studies and practical projects,” said Enik Rukiati.
After participating in this competency certification test, participants are expected to apply their abilities to develop and design service operations in their work units. In addition, it is also expected that there will be similar trainings to improve the competence of lecturers.
“I hope that after attending the training, what is obtained in Singapore can be applied at Polije, especially in the English Study Program. So that it can also improve the competence to students,” concluded Enik Rukiati. (hnf/ang/vig)
