MOU SIGNING BETWEEN DORA GROUP CHINA AND INDONESIAN UNIVERSITIES FOR INTERNSHIP AND ALUMNI RECRUITMENT

Jakarta, September 17, 2024 – to increase employment opportunities and strengthen international relations, DORA Group China officially cooperates with several universities in Indonesia, including Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije), through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Polije’s internship and alumni recruitment programs. The event was held in Jakarta and attended by representatives from various parties.

This important event was attended by representatives from the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Menko PMK), Mr. Ahmad Saufi and Atdikbud Mr. Yudhil Yathim, who gave a warm welcome and appreciation for this initiative. In addition, the Chairman of DORA Group, who is the main partner in this collaboration, was also present and conveyed their commitment to support the development of Indonesia’s human resources through internship programs in China and quality recruitment processes.

Polije was represented by Nugroho Setyo Wibowo, ST, MT, who expressed great hopes for this collaboration. “We see this opportunity as a strategic step in preparing Polije alumni to compete in the international job market. Cooperation with DORA Group not only opens internship opportunities but also career opportunities for our graduates,” said Nugroho.

This collaboration is a form of Polije’s commitment to increasing the competitiveness of its graduates globally. Through this program, Polije alumni will have the opportunity to take part in internships at companies under the auspices of the DORA Group in China and follow the recruitment process to work in various developing industrial sectors.

The signing of this MoU marks an important step in the development of Indonesian human resources and strengthens bilateral relations between Indonesia and China in the fields of education and employment. This initiated internship and recruitment program is expected to provide great benefits for Polije alumni and encourage economic growth in both countries through increasing skills and absorbing skilled labor.
