The 7th Agricultural Innovation and Technology Competition (AITeC) at Jember State Polytechnic has solidified its position as a premier international platform for agricultural innovation, drawing participants from multiple countries to compete in various categories including the highlighted Coffee Bean Sorting competition.
Polije Director Saiful Anwar emphasized the event’s broader significance, stating, “AITeC serves as a crucial ecosystem for innovation and collaboration, not just a competition.”
He further explained that categories like coffee bean sorting address critical industry needs while “encouraging participants to understand international quality standards.”
