Another proud achievement has been made by a student of Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije). This time, Kirara Firllyzeni Angela Firdaus successfully won a Gold Medal at the prestigious Indonesian Polytechnic English Championship (IPEC) II 2025. The national-level competition was hosted by Politeknik Negeri Manado in North Sulawesi.
Kirara competed in the Speech category, Novice division, and impressively outperformed other participants from polytechnics across Indonesia. This remarkable achievement highlights the capability of Polije students to excel in academic and language competitions at the national level.
“I am very happy with this achievement. I also feel relieved to have gained such a valuable accomplishment and new experience,” Kirara said with gratitude after the announcement.
Beyond the victory, Kirara also expressed her determination to continue improving.
“I hope that in the future I can further enhance my public speaking skills so that my speech delivery will be more fluent,” she added.
Kirara’s success at IPEC II 2025 serves as an inspiration for other Polije students to keep sharpening their English proficiency, building confidence, and striving for excellence in both academic forums and national competitions.
