Change Management consists of:

  1. Work Team including:
    • The work unit has formed a team to carry out the construction of an integrity zone
    • Members are selected through a clear procedure/mechanism
  2. Zone development plan
    • There are priority targets that are relevant to the development objectives of Corruption Free Area/ Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area in the development document
    • There is a mechanism or media to socialize the development of Corruption Free Area/ Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area
    • There is a mechanism or media to socialize the development of Corruption Free Area/ Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area
  3. Monitoring and Evaluation
    • All the development activities have been carried out according to the plan
    • There is monitoring and evaluation on the construction of the integrity zone
    • The monitoring and evaluation results have been followed up
  4. Change of mindset and work culture
    • Leaders act as role models in the implementation of Corruption Free Area/ Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area Development
    • Change agent has been assigned
    • A work culture and mindset have been built within the organization
    • Organization members are involved in the construction of the Integrity Zone towards Corruption Free Area/ Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area
